All my thoughts, no sugarcoating

This hotel truly requires significant upgrades. The odor of cigarette smoke hits you upon entering, and the rooms are not only dated but dirty, with hair in the bathroom and questionable stains on the linens. Maintenance issues abound. Save yourself the hassle and book elsewhere.

We had a comfortable stay and the room was affordable. It was great having a tub for my daughter to enjoy, making our time together special amidst our travels.

In my kids’ opinion, having better amenities would be great for families.

The stay included a comfortable bed that was warm and dry, but the overall experience was disappointing. Upon arrival, the building was closed with no staff present, leaving us locked out. Additionally, the room we eventually got was poorly cleaned, smelling of smoke, and had dirty carpets, which made it unpleasant to stay in.
